We wanted to bring Pizzeria Basiliko to Tampere because Finns love Italian food and Tampere is a developing and inspiring restaurant city. I have the privilege of bringing the food culture of my own family and hometown into Tampere’s dynamic restaurant field.
Food is at the heart of Italian culture through being together. With cooking, I am connected to my roots and also emotionally to Italian culture.
Experimenting with new recipes and product development are also my passion. It’s great to be able to offer modern vegan pizzas to customers as well.
Handmade dough and tomato sauce slowly cooked with a traditional recipe and fresh ingredients guarantee delicious and authentic flavors.
